Arrival by car to Thiersee / Kufstein

Attention: You can also reach the Thiersee Valley in Kufsteinerland from Germany without having to pay a vignette. The A 12 Inntal motorway section between the state border at Kufstein and the Kufstein south exit does not require a vignette. Vignettes are compulsory for highways and motorways in Austria. You can reach us coming from Munich or Salzburg via the A 93/99, from Switzerland or Italy via Innsbruck on the A 12 (toll sticker required!). Arrival by train

We are easily reached by rail since Kufstein is a Eurocity station. There are bus connections from Kufstein to Thiersee – we also pick up our guests personally from the railway station. ( transfer €10 ) Please refer to www.oebb.at for railway information.

Go on holiday by plane

The Kufstein holiday region is also serviced by plane – the nearest airports are:

Taxi and bus companies offer shuttle services from the airport to your holiday accomodation Buchauer in Thiersee-valley. We will be glad to assist you in making a reservation for the shuttle service. Rental cars are also available at all airports.
